first Christmas without Grandma 2019

 Anne- you would have approved of our first Christmas without you. I displayed what few decorations (that Pam would allow us to have) for anyone to take. Jen took most of them and I took the last two and spruced them up a bit. Alison made the atrichoke dip you like, Jen made your cherry dessert, cookies and 7 layer bars. Don and I made the lasagna, sauce, meatballs and sausage, ricotta pie,,,and kept with YOUR tradition. Hannah was missing from picture as she was home sick.

RIP ANNE HOWE

This morning Anne passed away peacefully in her sleep with family at her bedside. Many friends and family had been keeping her in their prayers over the past weekend. We will all miss her very much. her laugh, her smile, her sense of humor, her thoughtfulness, her caring, her love, her generosity, her spirited nature, her acts of kindness, her delicious goodies baked with love, her sense of family bonding and keeping family traditions alive. She will surely hold a special place in our hearts and she left us with enough joyful/comical/entertaining memories to last a lifetime.
